"Our longing passion for childhood foods inspired us to embark on a culinary journey, igniting our love for flavors, textures, and aromas."

We are a family with a passion for good food — food makes us happy. We believe food that is made with tasty and quality ingredients is worth sharing. The grocery markets had options, we just simply wanted to bring more options that are delicious and Halal. That’s when we realized we needed to share home style foods as well as a carefully crafted Halal products.

Our journey began in the Spring of 2008. OBA Group Inc. is a independent family-owned food wholesaler and distributor based in Calgary, Alberta. We specialize in importing carefully selected unique mediterranean and international foods to meet the growing demand for ethnic Halal products in Western Canada. Our passion comes from the traditional home style products we've grew up with and needed to share our experience with the rest of Canada. We are driven to bring unique, high-quality products to market, including Halal deli, traditional Turkish desserts and pastries, health snacks, and plant-based options.
